Your data is stored in a secure cloud database hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL), operated on infrastructure within the United States. Our website is hosted on Vercel (United States). Email notifications are delivered via Resend.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorised Reroy Electric personnel only, protected by authenticated admin sessions.

We retain contact and distributor application data for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or for as long as a business relationship is active. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
